3. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your data is handled in compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Sessions may be recorded only with your prior consent. Records are stored within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

4. Informed Consent

Counseling may involve sensitive health and family history. You may refuse to answer questions or end the session at any time.

5. Limitations of Virtual Services

No physical examination will be conducted. Technical issues may occur.

6. Payment & Cancellation

Fees are paid prior to consultation. Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice — missed appointments may incur a non-refundable fee.
